Recently included in the top 10 best Belgian DJs in a readers’ poll by NightCode magazine, Dave Lambert is one of this region’s leading DJs and a head honcho of the Mostiko imprint. Seen in this clip priming the crowd for Martin Solveig’s set and speaking about his musical history, recent collaborations and having fun in the DJ booth, here DJsounds has the pleasure of catching up with Dave for an interview at club La Rocca in Lier. As a DJ, Dave has a residency at club Versuz in Hasselt, which is one of the largest venues in the country, and has even headlined the famously huge Sensation White rave, in Antwerp. He has also DJed internationally from Space in Ibiza, to Velfarre in Japan, to Kadoc in Portugal. As a producer, Dave released his first major production, ‘Yeah’, in 2005 and has gone on to remix artists like Junkie XL, Mason and Fedde Le Grand.
