Check out this club-friendly video content (DVJ VP1), which is the brainchild of Ne1co frontman Oli Sorenson. This DVJ mix is created from an exciting new series of AV singles that are presented by the London-based audio-visual collective Ne1co and produced exclusively for DJdownload.com.

Oli tells us the aim of his project was to enable video performers, who are not necessarily producers, to download complete DVJ tracks from DJdownload.com, that’s the audio and video on a single digital file, and be able to gather enough of these to be able to play a full DVD DJ set.

Says Oli: ‘The videos produced are full frame PAL, but since they are digital files, no region restrictions apply. Therefore video spinners from any part of the world can download these and burn onto any region DVDs without any conversions, that or play straight from a laptop with specialist AV packages like Cue, Serato with SL video or Resolume Avenue.’

To show us exactly how these new video tracks may be used in an AV set, Oli has put together a mixed three-track excerpt as follows.
