Simon Ambrose AKA THATDJ was this year's DJ Awards Bedroom DJ Winner. DJsounds chewed the fat with the golden spinner on the roof of Cafe Mambo in our not so secret Pioneer "Lab" where as part of his prize, alongside a flightcased set up of DJM-350 and two CDJ-350s he received a personal one-to-one on the one's and two's with Toolroom head honcho Mark Knight. 

Mark revealed his personal secrets to build your profile, play a fantastic set as well as more practical tips such as using rekordbox in conjunction with the CDJ-2000s and enhancing your performance with the DJM-900 nexus. Simon was then rushed downstairs to come on after the Swedish House Mafia played their closing party Mambo set.

This years runners up are Robson Nogueira, Lavatekk and Adrian Myynt.
