DJsounds’ Mel Sutton catches up with resident DJs Wally Lopez, Steve Lawler, and Tom Novy as she soaks up the festival-like atmosphere and says ‘adios’ to the summer of 2008 – all at the mighty Space closing party in Ibiza! Finding her way between seven different clubbing areas, and over 50 DJs, first up Mel chats about the grand fiesta to Wally Lopez, who has played at Be @ Space all season. And what a summer it’s been for the Spanish house star… Looking ahead, Wally has upcoming gigs at the new Coma Middle East Dance Festival, in Abu Dhabi and Beirut, and several gigs in the US and Canada. Next, Steve Lawler talks to Mel about his summer and playing at Space. Since closing up the outdoor flight area, Steve has been touring North and South America, and will host a Viva Harlem Nights closing party at The End in London this November. Finally, there’s a taste of Tom Novy as he storms the sunset terrace and takes to the mic in front of a packed crowd.
