Pioneering UK garage champ Matt ‘Jam’ Lamont guided DJsounds inside the TwiceasNice 2007 Ibiza opening party at Eden and waxed lyrical about his DJ career, production life and what technology’s turning him on these days.

Matt has enjoyed a hugely successful career since his early Tuff Jam days with Karl ‘Tuff Enuff’ Brown and is always a hit with the TwiceasNice crew. In 2005 he released a huge-selling TwiceasNice Weekender Compilation with Shortee Blitz/Scottie B, which was followed up last year by a second TwiceasNice mix, this time with Steve ‘Smooth’ Sutherland. Matt’s also remixed stacks of amazing artists and his new house moniker Movi-starr (inspired by the Spanish telephone network!) is just one indication of what’s up ahead for this passionate, longtime spinner!
