DJsounds attended Mauro Picotto’s mammoth Meganite opening and closing parties and chatted to the Italian DJ giant himself. Here Mauro talks about why he loves Ibiza so much and what’s at the heart of Meganite, as well as his productions and future plans.

The globetrotting, ever-evolving Mauro returned to the island for Meganite’s fourth season this year, every Wednesday at Privilege, from 20th June – 19th September.

This summer has also seen the release of Mauro’s latest artist album, Now & Then, and a fascinating ‘behind the scenes’ DVD called Live On Tour.
