Grammy award-winning artist Roger Sanchez has been right at the top of his game for decades and is one of the world’s most recognisable DJs. Here DJsounds catches up with the prolific performer, producer and label owner to talk about Pacha, his parties and branching out into the movies.

Roger’s Release Yourself parties have rocked the island since 2001. And, with a signs of the zodiac theme apparent this season, the summer of 2007 was no different. Release-wise, Roger’s Release Yourself 6 compilation was unleashed back in June but, as the nights draw in, you can now look forward to the next episode in his Afterdark series. A joint venture with unofficial Swedish House Mafia member Laidback Luke from Holland, Afterdark Volume 3 is released 15th October on Stealth Records.
