Voting has now closed for the 11th edition of Ibiza’s DJ Awards and the glittering ceremony will take place at Pacha on Thursday 25th September, complete with a theme of ‘don't change the climate, change yourself’… So which heroes will be taking the prized kryptonite this year? Well here, in advance of the big gig, DJsounds gathers news on this latest edition from event founders Lenny Ibizarre and Jose Pascual, together with footage showing last year’s highlights. Speaking from the white isle, Lenny talks about the night, its rationale, expanding the categories and nominees for 2008 and, of course, the kryptonite. Following the awards ceremony and various live performances, the DJ Awards’ official after-party continues into the small hours with the closing party of F**k Me I'm Famous starring 2007 DJ Awards winner David Guetta and guests.
