Mel Sutton sits down by the pool with new Defected signing The Shapeshifters (Simon Marlin and Max Reich) at the label’s summer villa in Ibiza. Mel’s interview with the dynamic duo is accompanied by club footage from Defected’s party at Pacha.

In this clip the guys chat about everything from the chart-topping ‘Lola’s Theme’ to setting up their own Nocturnal Groove imprint and leaving EMI for Defected, where they now feel completely at home.

The guys also wax lyrical about their latest studio outings, including their debut single on Defected, ‘Chime’ (a new interpretation of the old Orbital classic) and the techier ‘Treadstone’.
