Dutch dynamo DJ Monica Electronica (aka Emma Baas) talks to DJsounds’ Belgium team at club Petrol in Antwerp.

In this three-minute clip Monica completes a quick fire round of questions and discusses her influences and inspirations as well as how playing in Belgium compares to Holland.

Formerly a resident at the cool Club 11 (RIP) in Amsterdam, Monica has held down many residencies and played at a range of festivals in the Netherlands.

She has also travelled the world, playing in Belgium for the likes of I Love Techno and 10 Days Off and completing a tour of Russia with FHM. Monica will no doubt be returning to ignite Petrol again soon, so stay tuned… Words: LRC
