This is the first in a series of clips made by established VJs, DVJs and video artists, with the brief to make a clip only from content available from DJsounds - and music of their choice.

This visual clip, created for the brilliant Dave Spoon track, “I’m Rushing” was made using only using DJsounds’ DVJ loops and some tight edits. There is only a very limited use of plugins and these were used to give the distortion/bit crusher effect & some “Rays”.

Loops used were:
Murry (the original footage was shot from a plane leaving Las Vegas, re-focusing with a glint filter applied.) This clip was then cut in time and repeated. A flop filter was used to flip the clip and change the direction of the lights.

The little fill was made using Berry. This was then cropped and a “Rays” filter applied.

The swirly blue lightning clip was Ford cropped and rotated 45 degrees and repeated. This blend mode was then set to “lighten” A “Glint” effect was applied and automated to increase the intensity.
