In February DJsounds reported that Tolly & Graham from Addictive TV were heading out to perform at SXSW (South by Southwest). The self-confessed ‘Texas-sized’ music/media convention/festival held in Austin, USA. Well now here’s a video of their impressive show…
So check out how it went for the country hopping, beat-bopping AV crew as they rocked the SXSW Film Closing/Music Opening Party, taking to the outdoor stage at Stubb’s Amphitheatre just before Moby’s DJ set.
Running since 1987, SXSW took place this year from 7th-16th March, starring the likes of R.E.M., Lou Reed, Motorhead and over 1,000 bands. The event caters for the film, new/interactive media and music industries alike, and this time around saw BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe, among others, on the hunt for new talent.
Next up news: Returning to movie remixing, we discovered that Tolly & Graham have been locked down remixing the forthcoming Iron Man movie for Paramount Studios, no less – for sure another giant leap forward for all AV kind!
