Meet a bit of the Dutch duo Ariaan Olieroock, 50% of 16 Bit Lolitas, at Rockin' Business, La Rocca, Belgium.

DJsounds spoke to him before his set where he told us what Rockin' Business means to him. Ariaan tells us what percentage of 16 Bit's own tracks he'll be playing - trust us you'll be amazed...it's all part of the magic potion for staying one step ahead of other artists.

He also reveals the unique concept behind the mix album, Warung Brazil, which boasts an entire CD devoted to 16 Bit's own tracks. Ariaan is clearly loving the new CDJ-2000's and is looking forward to using them in all the major clubs.

Peter Kriek and Ariaan became 16 Bit Lolitas in 2003, after separate careers in music making. They rocketed to success with releases on seminal labels such as Yoshitoshi, Alternative Route , Release, Sadie, Plastic Fantastic, Nu Republic, Armada, Minimal, DK and Little Mountain Records. The guys now have their own record label, Bits and Pieces, for their gimmick free 'cool and sophisticated' tracks.
