It was a cold January night in London, and the first weekend after New Year, but queues were still forming outside Turnmills as DJsounds arrived at the club.
With Turnmills’ PR guru, Paul Stix, teaming up with Pioneer Pro DJ and Issst to welcome the exhilarating SOS (SexOnSubstance) DJ collective of Demi, Desyn Masiello and Omid16B, we were all expecting a party par excellence – and, naturally, we were not disappointed. No siree. Not with the intuitive SOS trio headlining with a six-hour set in the main room, Issst hosting T2, and Pioneer’s own party starters upstairs.
Free parties of this calibre are certainly rare and the hot, heart-pounding electronic action that unfolded inside the club kept those on the packed dancefloors gripped until gone 6am the next morning!
